I acknowledge I have removed my sim and memory card & all accessories, including remotes, power cables, cases, etc from my device. I agree not to hold NWA Cell Phone Repair or its employees accountable if I have failed to remove my sim, memory card, and or any and all accessories (cases, chargers, remotes, etc) and these items are lost or misplaced.

I acknowledge that the TIME GIVEN TO REPAIR MY DEVICE IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY AND THAT SOMETIMES ADDITIONAL TIME THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT MAY BE NEEDED.

I acknowledge and understand that NWA Cell Phone Repair and its Employees cannot warranty what they cannot test. I understand that if my device comes in in an untestable state,(dead, broken lcd, no power, etc) that NWA Cell Phone Repair can only warranty the part they install on my device and nothing else. I acknowledge that if my device is in an untestable state, it is reasonable that the device may have more than one problem wrong with it, and I agree to pay for the repair quoted to me, even if my device has additional problems that were not forseeable at the time it was dropped off.

I acknowledge and agree that if I interrupt or request to stop a repair that has already been started, that I am subject to a $60 minimum fee (or more) to cover time to disassemble/reassemble

I acknowledge that ALL LIQUID DAMAGED DEVICES WILL HAVE A MINIMUM FEE OF $30 TO TREAT FOR LIQUID DAMAGE. THIS FEE IS OWED EVEN WHEN THE TREATMENT IS UNSUCCESSFUL .I agree to pay for this fee regardless of the outcome of my repair. IF my device turns on, I acknowledge there is a minimum fee of $60. I acknowledge that WATER DAMAGE DEVICES EVEN WHEN REPAIRED, MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL ISSUES THAT ARE UNFIXABLE AND THAT THE DEVICE MAY GO OUT AT ANYTIME. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO WARRANTY AT ALL ON LIQUID DAMAGED DEVICES

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DATA RECOVERY SERVICES HAVE AN UPFRONT, NON-REFUNDABLE $50 MINIMUM CHARGE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IF WE CAN FIND THE EXACT DATA I NEED. IF NWA CELL PHONE REPAIR RECOVERS ANY DATA, I UNDERSTAND THE MIINIMUM FEE IS $100, AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. IF THE DATA IS NOT WHAT I I WAS LOOKING FOR, I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, AND THEMINIMUM FEE IS $100 AND COVERS THE TIME SPENT TO ATTEMPT THE DATA RECOVERY, REGARDLESS OF THE RESULTS.

I UNDERSTAND MY WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE, DROPS, LIQUID DAMAGE, CRACKS, BREAKS, ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE FROM CASES, DAMAGE FROM DISASSEMBLY, MISUSE, ABUSE ETC. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE PART THAT WAS INSTALLED ON MY DEVICE IS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED IN ANYWAY, THAT THIS VOIDS MY WARRANTY. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS NO WARRANTY IF MY DEVICE HAS ANY LIQUID DAMAGE. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANYONE OTHER THAN NWA CELL PHONE REPAIR ATTEMPTS TO or DISASSEMBLES MY DEVICE. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO MY DEVICE AND OR THE PART INSTALLED ON IT BY NWA CELL PHONE REPAIR AFTER MY REPAIR COMPLETE, THAT THIS VOIDS MY WARRANTY ON THE PART INSTALLED BY NWA CELL PHONE REPAIR.

I understand and agree that If I bring in a motherboard for soldering/microsoldering in an untestable state, that cannot be tested by NWA Cell Phone Repair for functionality before or after repair, that this type of repair comes with absolutely no warranty and that I am simply paying for the time spent to work on my device, and that there are no refunds or credits for this type of specialized repair

BENT FRAMES ON IPHONES. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE FRAME OF MY IPHONE IS BENT OR DENTED, THAT THIS COULD CAUSE THE LCD OF THE PHONE TO SEPARATE FROM ITS OWN FRAME. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS CAUSED FROM THE BEND/DENT IN MY FRAME ONLY, AND IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY OR SUGGEST THE REPAIR WAS DONE INCORRECTLY OR WITH INFERIOR PARTS.

Property abandonment I UNDERSTAND THAT IF MY DEVICE HAS BEEN LEFT FOR OVER 90 DAYS (EVEN IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CALL STATING ITS READY) THAT IT IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY AND WILL BE SOLD/ DISPOSED OF IN ANY MANNER NWA CELL PHONE REPAIR DEEMS FIT.

I UNDERSTAND and AM IN AGREEMENT THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON DEVICES THAT ARE DROPPED OFF IN A DISASSEMBLED STATE, OR THAT HAVE SIGNS OF PREVIOUS DISASSEMBLY NOT BY NWA CELL PHONE REPAIR THEMSELVES. I also understand and AGREE THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON PARTS/FUNCTIONS OF MY DEVICE THAT DO NOT RELATE TO MY REPAIR. (example: Phone wifi not working after lcd replacement)

I understand there is no warranty provided on parts that I provide myself

I understand that if I am having my lcd refurbished (aka “Glass Only Repair”) , that if the refurbishment is unsuccessful, I agree to have my lcd replaced (at a higher cost than originally quoted)

I understand that if my lcd or glass on my lcd is already cracked, that there may be further cracking/damage to my lcd from the disassembly process of my device and that NWA Cell Phone Repair is not responsible or liable for this cracking/damage.

I understand that my warranty does not cover damage from removing or installing cases/accessories my device. I understand that tight fitting cases can cause further damage to my device and that I will not hold NWA Cell Phone Repair liable for any damage caused by any case or accessory.

I understand that if I make a warranty claim that is deemed not related to my repair, that I am subject to a minimum $25 fee to cover the time involved in disassembling/reassembling my device.
